PILATES REFORMER: This class is done on a Pilates Reformer Pro Machine. Participants are laying down on their backs for most of the class on a sliding carriage. The carriage moves when force is applied through a pulley system. This class is great for functional strength and mobility that focuses largely on core stability and posture. This class is beginner friendly.
